Dr. Denise Chyette is a licensed physical therapist with over 15 years of experience. As a former competitive figure skater, Denise’s numerous injuries gave her a first-hand look at the importance of physical therapy and conditioning. She transformed her personal experience to help skaters and other individuals stay healthy and active. Realizing the opportunity to reach out on a larger scale, she founded a corporate health company in Chicago to boost employee wellness in the areas of nutrition, fitness, and stress management. Today she works at with professional and recreational athletes as well as individuals with disabilities and chronic conditions.

Denise earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois-Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology / Exercise Physiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is also a Certified Perinatal Fitness Instructor and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Denise is passionate about leading a healthy and active lifestyle. She loves mountain biking, volleyball, yoga, skiing, tennis, and traveling.
